Phlebotomy Course - Online Part 1

Deposit & Information

WE Apr 22, 9am to 3pm. This course has two parts. The first part is online (one day) and the second part is in-person (one day) at a location of your choice within 14 days after part 1 has been taken. $75 Deposit due at booking - Tuition balance due in class! This course qualifies for the - SPRING SALE - offer. You will get $50 off your tuition balance. It will not show at checkout but will be honored on the first day of class. This course requires a tablet, laptop or PC with camera and microphone as well as a stable internet connection. You are required to have your camera on during the course for attending purposes and to meet state requirements. We will be using Zoom as video conferencing software. You will receive a confirmation upon enrollment as well as an additional confirmation email the week before we meet to go over details regarding the first day of class. Your tuition balance (minus the deposit) is due the first day of class via online payment. All participants of our class must be over the age of 18 on or before the first day of class. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – For in-person courses, upon booking, we ask you pay our $150 non-refundable deposit. This is meant to secure your seat and allow us to purchase your textbook and classroom materials before we meet for class. RESCHEDULING A COURSE – In the case you are unable to attend your scheduled class we are happy to move your deposit to any month you prefer withing 6 month following your original booked course. If you attended the online part 1 and are unable to attend the in-person part 2 within 14 days you will need to redo part 1 at an extra cost of $98 (1/2) of the original price of the course. Please note, we can only move your deposit one time if you need to reschedule. If you reschedule more than once you will need to pay your tuition balance in full prior to the first day of class to reserve your seat. We are only able to reschedule twice. If you have not already you will be required to have your part 2 course booked no later than at the beginning of the part 1 course. The instructor will verify that for state requirement purposes.
